About

Welcome to Athletes Rehab! My name is Brett Holland and I am a former division I baseball player, a strength and conditioning coach, and a physical therapist.  I initially created this site because of the serious lack of information on baseball strength and conditioning on the internet.  Inside my site you will find loads of free information!   Our goal is to become the number one provider of baseball players’ strength and conditioning and sports medicine needs.
